The booking fee secures your spot in our calendar and ensures that a dedicated team is assigned to your project with the right resources.
Walk-Through & Assessment:
A representative will conduct a detailed walk-through of your property, assessing all relevant aspects of the job. This allows us to understand the full scope and gather the information needed for an accurate estimate.
Instant On-Site Quote:
After the assessment, we provide an instant quote based on the details gathered during the walk-through. This quote will be accurate for the work outlined at that time and is valid for your project.
Booking Fee Applied to Your Total Service Cost:
The booking fee is not an additional charge—it will be credited toward your total inventory, estimate, pack-out, or other service fees. This means you’re not paying twice for the same service!
Quote Accuracy & Change Orders:
Our quotes are based on the information available at the time of the walk-through. If additional items need to be cataloged, access difficulties arise, or other unforeseen factors impact the scope of work, a change order may be issued, resulting in a supplemental invoice for any work outside the original estimate.
